Cousin Dickhead looks like a penis. He is Grade's Cousin and always receives more love from grade's parents than grade, making grade hate him. Because he needs Actors, Cousin Dickhead acts in his videos. He is also seen with the text saying what season it is since season 3. Cousin Dickhead is Grade's head flipped sideways. (Similar to Under's head being Grade's flipped upside-down)

Dickhead has a few alter egos, used in some of his videos. One of them is Hitler.

Gary is Cousin Dickhead dressed similarly to Gary, the antagonist and Ash's rival in Pokémon. His face is also visibly angry when compared to the original Cousin Dickhead.
